How to apply:
1. Do usual prep, and apply base coat as usual. Cure for 60s. 
2. Wipe the tacky layer of the base coat off with lint-free wipes and isoporpl alcohol (nail polish remover can also be used to take away the tacky layer). 
3. Apply a VERY thin layer of gel and WAIT 60s before curing. Cure for 60s. (Waiting allows the gel to settle for that chrome finish, if the layer of gel is too thick the gel will crack).
4. Repeat step 3. 
5. Apply top coat and cure for 60s. DONE. EASY.

This colour is designed to be used on top of BLOSS Gel Rubber Base Coat (or BLOSS Builder Gel), and is to be sealed with BLOSS Gel No-Wipe Top Coat. We cannot guarantee our products are compatible with other lamps (due to different LED strengths), or other gel polish brands (due to differences in formulation). Colour may appear slightly different in person from the one displayed on the screen. Do not apply outside or in direct sunlight, as this may cure the gel polish. Keep gel polish away from the lamp when curing.

Residential (Non-Rural)

  • Orders over $149.99 NZD receive free delivery at checkout.
  • Orders under $150.00 NZD have a flat shipping rate of $6.00 NZD.
  • All standard deliveries are sent via express shipping, with parcels usually arriving within 3 business days.

Rural Deliveries

  • Rural delivery is $15.00 NZD for orders up to $299.99 NZD.
  • Rural delivery is $10.00 NZD for orders $300.00 NZD and over.
  • Please ensure you select the Rural Delivery option at checkout if your address is rural.

Return/Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Depending on the circumstances, the purchaser may be responsible for return shipping costs. For example, if the return is due to an accidental purchase or a change of mind, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened goods, even if unused.

To start a return, you can contact us at blossgel@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on bottles that have been opened, even if unused, due to health and safety reasons. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
