New Zealand Deliveries

 

Residential (Non-Rural)

Orders over $149.99 NZD receive free delivery at checkout.

Orders under $150.00 NZD have a flat shipping rate of $6.00 NZD.

All standard deliveries are sent via express shipping, with parcels usually arriving within 3 business days.

Rural Deliveries

Rural delivery is $15.00 NZD for orders up to $299.99 NZD.

Rural delivery is $10.00 NZD for orders $300.00 NZD and over.

Please ensure you select the Rural Delivery option at checkout if your address is rural.

Important Shipping Notes

Orders to addresses we cannot deliver to will not be fulfilled, and a full refund will be issued. Customers will be notified by email if this applies to them.

Average shipping time for standard delivery is 3–5 business days, though this is a guideline and may change.

While we do everything possible to dispatch express orders promptly, we are not liable for delays once the parcel is with the courier, as delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. We will, however, work closely with NZ Post to help recover costs and facilitate a refund if possible.

We do not offer local delivery or pick-up.

We currently do not ship internationally.
