Shipping policy

We ship BLOSS orders across New Zealand and to Australia. Please see the delivery options and timeframes below.

New Zealand Deliveries

Residential (Non-Rural)

  • Orders $150 NZD and over receive free delivery.
  • Orders under $150 NZD have a flat shipping rate of $6 NZD.
  • All standard New Zealand orders are sent via express shipping and usually arrive within 3 business days.

Rural Deliveries

  • Orders up to $299.99 NZD: $15 NZD
  • Orders $300 NZD and over: $10 NZD

Please ensure you select the Rural Delivery option at checkout if your address is rural.

Australia Deliveries

Residential

  • Orders $100 AUD and over: $25 AUD
  • Orders under $100 AUD: $35 AUD
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Rural Deliveries

  • $55 AUD
  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

Important Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders to addresses we are unable to deliver to will not be fulfilled, and a full refund will be issued. We will contact you by email if this applies to your order.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays and customs processing.

While we do everything we can to dispatch your order promptly, BLOSS is not responsible for delays once your parcel has been collected by the courier.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. If your parcel is lost or damaged, we will work with NZ Post to assist with the claims process and, where possible, help recover the cost of your order.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer local delivery or pick-up.
