Gel polish naturally becomes thicker in colder temperatures. During winter, your gel may feel more difficult to apply due to the lower temperatures. To make application smoother and easier, warm your bottle before use by placing it between your legs or near a warm area (such as in front of a fire) until the consistency softens.

Residential (Non-Rural)

• Orders over $149.99 NZD receive free delivery at checkout.
• Orders under $150.00 NZD have a flat shipping rate of $6.00 NZD.
• All standard deliveries are sent via express shipping, with parcels usually arriving within 3 business days.

Rural Deliveries

• Rural delivery is $15.00 NZD for orders up to $299.99 NZD.
• Rural delivery is $10.00 NZD for orders $300.00 NZD and over.
• Please ensure you select the Rural Delivery option at checkout if your address is rural.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Depending on the circumstances, the purchaser may be responsible for return shipping costs. For example, if the return is due to an accidental purchase or a change of mind, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened goods, even if unused.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns on bottles that have been opened, even if unused, due to health and safety reasons. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Allergic Reactions
Although gel polish is safe for most users when applied correctly, some individuals may experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity to gel products. If irritation, redness, itching, swelling, or any other reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Always follow the recommended application and curing instructions.

Colour Accuracy
We take every effort to ensure our product images accurately represent the true colour of our gels. However, colours may appear differently in person due to variations in screen settings, device displays, lighting, and photography. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product.

Product Compatibility
For the best results, we recommend using Bloss Gel products together as a complete system. Our products are formulated and tested to work alongside each other, ensuring the best possible performance, adhesion, and longevity. We cannot guarantee compatibility, wear time, or results when Bloss Gel products are used with products from other brands.
