A cuticle nipper is used to cut the cuticle off once it has been pushed back by the BLOSS Gel Cuticle Pusher. Once the cuticle (dead skin) is removed, the nail will look clean and immaculate. Cutting the cuticle really adds the finishing touch to your gel manicure! USE THE CUTICLE NIPPER WITH CAUTION! You must practice when using a cuticle nipper to only cut off the dead skin. Cutting live skin can cause bleeds and potentially infection. Comes with a clear protector cap.
